It's true, a lot of investors that buy property to rent long term do not prefer section 8 rentals. If you have had any evictions in the past or major criminal background, please do NOT apply. We do not accept section 8 applications with prior evictions or major criminal backgrounds.
Once you make payment we will email the application. When you have finished filling out the application please email it back to us. The application will stay on file for investors to view until you have found housing, or no longer desire to have your application on file.
