Welcome to Section 8 Investment Group

There are several advantages to joining Section 8 Investment Group. One of the main advantages we provide is uniting investors together with common goals, specifically, investors interested in section 8 housing investments. This is referred to as Joint Ventures or JV in its abbreviated form.  


We also have a network of hard money lenders (providing secured and unsecured loans) that we have vetted to ensure the entire real estate loan process runs smoothly from start to finish. 


If you join our group you will learn:

  • The best cities in the United States for section 8 rentals/income 
  • Where the opportunity zones are in each state that pay the highest section 8
  • How to communicate with the public housing authority in your investment area

  • Tips and tricks to help you maximize section 8 rental income and save you time and energy (property maintenance, turn-over, minimum lease agreements, tenant screening, and more)

Our lifetime membership is a one-time fee of $99 and this will allow you to connect to other investors potentially interested in collaborating on a deal. You will also have the ability to contact us directly with your investment idea with the potential for us to collaborate. You will also receive all of the information, tips, and tricks we have learned which will save you thousands or more all for a one-time $99 lifetime membership investment. 


With your membership you will also have free access to discounted tenant applications (people with section 8 housing vouchers looking for a residence) and our tenant locating services (we will find a tenant for you and help you with all the paperwork) for those wanting to invest with a more hands off approach.

We will be straightforward and honest. We don't want any tire kickers. The $99 membership fee screens out those who are serious from those who are not. Time is the most important commodity even ahead of money itself. The $99 is a one time fee for a lifetime membership, you could spend countless hours finding all the information for free if you wanted to but you will not have access to our investment opportunities, other investors on our network, or have the ability to pitch us directly on your own idea. 


Once you join you will have access to the member portal which will allow full access to all the information we have on section 8 investing . Most importantly, you will be able to contact us or other members to collaborate on future deals. 


We can provide tenant applications (people looking to move into a section 8 property) for you to screen your own section 8 tenants, or we can assist you throughout the entire process (find a tenant, work with the public housing authority, inspection checklist, negotiate rent and terms of lease, etc) for additional fee. Clean out and handyman services may be available in the future.
