There are several advantages to joining Section 8 Investment Group. One of the main advantages we provide is uniting investors together with common goals, specifically, investors interested in section 8 housing investments. This is referred to as Joint Ventures or JV in its abbreviated form.

You will also have the ability to contact us directly with your investment idea with the potential for us to collaborate. You will also receive all of the information, tips, and tricks we have learned which will save you thousands or more all for a one-time $99 lifetime membership investment.
With your membership you will also have free access to discounted tenant applications (people with section 8 housing vouchers looking for a residence) and our tenant locating services (we will find a tenant for you and help you with all the paperwork) for those wanting to invest with a more hands off approach.
